Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
* To establish and maintain the highest standards of service across all areas of the Spa & Leisure Operation.
* To maximise the Spa's business potential through effective yield management, booking procedures, strong retailing and up selling.
* To develop the membership offering within the Spa & Leisure Operation
* To monitor all guest feedback and to implement systems to address relevant comments thus ensuring continuous guest satisfaction.
* .To direct and lead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed.
* To train, and manage a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* To keep up to date on Spa and Leisure services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings.
* To support team members in all aspects of the business operation.
* To ensure compliance with health and hygiene guidelines, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with our standards
* To assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa & Leisure team members.
* To act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing team to co-ordinate all PR, sales and marketing activities.
* To initiate and instigate new ideas and avenues for growth and development.
This is how we see you:
* 3-4 years' experience as an Assistant or Spa & Leisure Manager within a 5 star/luxury brand outlet is advantageous
* Strong financial acumen along with sales/merchandising inventory management experience are also required
* Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive the team to top standards of service
