Reporting into the Project Director, the successful Project Manager will be responsible for the full project scope ensuring smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities: Optimise engineering and innovation performance for efficient project delivery.
Develop and implement project planning strategies in collaboration with teams, managing costs, budgets, labour, commissioning, and overall project performance.
Direct project setup with a focus on best practices, documentation, and schedules.
Maintain continuous engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction regarding cost, scope, and timelines.
Proactively monitor project health, safety processes, and team culture.
Ensure quality targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Requirements: Relevant qualification in Construction or Engineering related qualification (Trade or Degree background both considered).
10 Years+ experience in construction management.
Experience in a management position on a Data Centre construction project is essential.
Must have worked with a leading Contractor in Ireland, Mainland Europe or the UK.
Detailed knowledge of both CSA and MEP scope required.
The successful Project Manager must be eligible to work in Europe.
Proficient in MS Office.
