Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages, including breakfasts, sandwiches and salads.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in both the front and back of house areas, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assisting with food preparation tasks such as slicing meats, chopping vegetables, and assembling sandwiches.
- Following all food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, as you will be customer-facing.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a kitchen or deli
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks, including both front of house and kitchen duties.
- Food safety certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable and punctual, with a commitment to working Monday to Friday during hours ranging frim 7:45 am to 3:00 pm. Hours will be 20 hours
