The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys generating new business, building relationships, and closing deals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and lead generation through to customer engagement, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
Identify and develop leads across target industries and sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and client presentations
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems
Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client needs
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Represent Heartsafety Solutions professionally in all client interactions
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role
Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially focused
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
Full driving licence preferred
