Role Overview Castle Group isseekinga motivated and ambitious Graduate EHS Advisor to join our Environment, Health & Safety team. This roleprovidesan excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live construction and modular manufacturing environments while developinga strong foundationin EHS best practices. The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety systems across projects, working closely with site teams and senior EHS personnel to promote a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of Castle Groups EHS policies and procedures across project sites and manufacturing environments Assistin carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Participatein incident investigations and support the development of corrective actions Assistin delivering site inductions and safety briefings (toolbox talks) Monitor compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation MaintainaccurateEHS documentation and records Support the collection and reporting of EHS performance data Work collaboratively with project teams to promote safe systems of work Identifyhazards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline Strong interest in construction, modular, or manufacturing environments Basic knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation (desirable) Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Full clean drivers licence (preferred due to travel requirements) Must be based in Ireland and eligible to work without sponsorship Skills & Competencies Strong communicationskills with the ability to engage with site teams and management High attention to detail and a proactive approach toidentifyingrisks Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement What We Offer Competitive graduate salary (depending on experience and qualifications) Company vehicle or travel allowance (role dependent due to site travel requirements) Pension contribution scheme Annual performance-related salary review Structured graduate development programme with clear progression pathway Mentorship from senior EHS professionals Continuous professional development (CPD) support, includingassistancewith further certifications and training Exposure to high-profile projects across data centre, pharmaceutical, and modular sectors Employee wellbeing initiatives and support programmes Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organisationoperatingacross Ireland and Europe Skills: Construction Health and Safety Benefits: pension Fuel Allowance
