Job Title: Assistant Manager
We are inviting applications for the Assistant Manager position in our store in Claremorris and Ballindine, Co. Mayo.

Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their unit. The Trainee Assistant Manager works as a team with training coordinators and staff at the unit level. The Trainee Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager. Ongoing support and development are provided by the General Manager, and various management duties will be delegated as necessary. The Trainee Assistant Manager is fully responsible for customers, staff, operations, and cash during their shift, and will be held accountable for ensuring company policies are met in each area.
The Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the smooth running of the shift.
2. Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver excellent service every day.
3. Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet high standards.
4. Maintain a 100% focus on the customer and your team.
5. Lead from the front, demonstrating hands-on management and commitment to developing your team.
6. Train the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations.
7. Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
8. Assist the store manager with employee relations as appropriate.
Work Environment:
The environment is fast-paced and demanding, with periods that may require prolonged standing and physical effort due to business demands, staff levels, and operational requirements.
