Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Assembly Machine Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team as an assembly machine specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining fully automated high-volume production lines at optimal performance.
This involves conducting planned and reactive maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity.
You will work closely with the production team to resolve daily issues, assist with training of new engineers and maintain accurate records of engineering-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment, hold relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Educational Requirements:• Level 7 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree or National Craft Certificate • Industrial experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment • The ability to apply a scientific approach to problem-solving, blending analytical experimental skills maximise productivtyand yields
