This role oversees the delivery management of services in a cloud environment for customers.
The Cloud Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring high uptime, deployment, administration and service management in pre-production and production environments.
A global team works together to maintain integrity and manage ongoing services across data centers. This position requires coordinating incident responses, problem analysis from tickets and monitoring systems, as well as identifying possible issues proactively.
