Job Description:
* The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department and supporting administrative functions.
* This position involves managing incoming calls, mail, and maintaining the reception area to create a welcoming environment.
* You will assist senior leadership with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
* Expense handling, canteen maintenance, meeting set up, ad hoc requests, and key lockbox management are also part of your responsibilities.
* Facilitate visitor travel arrangements and serve as the primary point of contact for visitor inquiries.
* You will conduct monthly safety audits and maintain accurate records of visitor logs, expense reports, and other administrative documentation.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Familiarity with expense handling, visitor coordination, and basic catering management.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Education and Experience:
