Overview

We actively mentor you through the Software Development Co-Op placement and involve you with development teams building advanced technologies.
During a 6–9 month placement, you will work with Software Developers focused on evolving a stable, scalable, optimized environment with minimized risk. Our team of analysts, developers, infrastructure engineers, and support specialists designs and delivers industry-leading technical solutions that can process large amounts of data, ensuring high performance and stability.
What we’re looking for
Technical: Strong software development skills in an object-oriented language (C#, C++, Python). Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.
Education: You are studying a STEM degree at an Irish university and are required to do a work placement as part of your course requirements.
Problem Solver: You use clear and sound reasoning, are rational, and use numbers and data to derive sensible solutions.
Curious: You are eager to learn and develop new technologies, inquisitive, and creative in questioning the status quo.
Communicator: You enjoy building relationships with colleagues, sharing ideas, and listening to others.
Ambitious: You set goals and are committed to reaching your full potential.
