Property Manager
About Your New Job
You will oversee an existing portfolio of properties located throughout the greater Dublin area.
Duties include addressing tenant maintenance concerns, coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors, managing RTB registration, promoting properties, screening potential tenants, and handling all related documentation using LetMan.
The position is based in South Dublin, reporting directly to the Head of Lettings.
What Skills You Need
Property Service Licence B, C & D
A full clean driver's license and access to your own vehicle
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comprehensive understanding of tenancy laws and compliance standards
Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) processes
Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-through
Proficient administrative and IT capabilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Capability to work effectively within a small team
