Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Catering and Events Coordinator to lead and enhance our bespoke catering services and events.
This role is responsible for managing event bookings, coordinating catering orders, overseeing payment processes, supporting menu development, and driving sales growth with existing and prospective clients.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with catering clients, providing excellent customer service and following up post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Manage all catering and event inquiries, bookings, and logistics from initial contact through to execution, coordinating closely with the kitchen, dispatch, transport, and other teams.
* Support the Sales Team by generating new leads, upselling to existing clients, and assisting in the creation of customised and seasonal catering packages and menus in collaboration with chefs and management.
* Work with the Finance Team to ensure accurate order entry, timely client payments, and follow-up on outstanding invoices, while supporting basic reporting and sales tracking.
* Monitor customer preferences and market trends to provide feedback that enhances catering offerings and service quality.
* Supervise and train catering team members to maintain efficient, high-quality operations.
