The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources as a strategic HR business partner or HR Manager, with 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred. They will also have significant knowledge of HR policies and processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies.
