My Client, a global provider of medical devices, is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant on an initial 12 month contract basis in mayo. The role offers an attractive salary and the opportunity to a hybrid Working from home option with two days spent in the office.
Role of this position
1. Responsible for bank file processing for payroll payments
2. Journal entry Preparation & processing of payroll journals
3. Balance Sheet Reconciliation Preparation
4. VAT/Vies/Intrastat reporting requirements
5. Provide assistance to internal and external auditors
6. Responsible for delivery of the general accounting processes and activities of the Shared Service organization
7. Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls
8. Projects & other responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
9. Qualified Accountant preferable but not essential
10. 2 Years' Experience in a similar role an advantage
11. The ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Excellent Excel and Computer skills
