Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our nursing teams in the delivery of exceptional home-based care.
This is a predominately Monday-Friday role, with flexibility required to meet service needs.
Please note, applications close on Monday, 15 December **** Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and clinical supervision to nursing staff, championing a high morale amongst the team.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders Maintain high-quality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.
Respond proactively to evolving service demands and challenges.
Assist in recruitment of staff in your area by networking, word of mouth and identifying key talent.
Requirements BSC in Children's Nursing; RGNs with significant Paediatric experience may also be considered.
2-4 years Clinical Management experience.
Community and paediatrics experience essential along with NMBI registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or business would be a distinct advantage.
