About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and service issues
* Supporting daily operations with administration, scheduling, and reporting
* Generating invoices and processing card payments
* Preparing operational reports (KPIs, customer insights, trends)
* Collaborating with planning, workshop, and logistics teams to meet deadlines
* Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
* Contributing to internal projects and process improvements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years' experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or operations
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* High attention to detail and confidence handling multiple priorities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Salesforce is a plus
* A proactive, adaptable approach — able to thrive under pressure
* A valid Class B driving license
Experience in automotive or logistics is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, or service industries who have strong customer operations skills.
