Ross Engineering and Construction, a market leader in structural steel and specialist fabrication, and construction contractor is seeking a Lead Scheduler / Planner with proven success leading complex project schedules through their full lifecycle. You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and qualification to ensure every phase is planned and delivered to the highest standard.

Your Role:
· Scheduling Leadership – Manage and guide the planning team, overseeing integrated schedules for large-scale engineering and fabrication projects.
· Full Lifecycle Planning – Develop, coordinate, and maintain project schedules across all phases, ensuring alignment with technical and operational requirements.
· Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with clients, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Factory Teams to maintain realistic, achievable timelines.
· Project Controls – Implement and manage project control tools, set milestones, track progress, and address variances promptly.
· Performance Reporting – Provide accurate, actionable schedule reports that support strategic decision-making.
What you bring:
* Proven experience in scheduling/planning for multi-phase engineering or fabrication projects
* Strong knowledge of project controls, milestone management, and scheduling software
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
