We're recruiting on behalf of a valued client – a leading business advisory and brokerage firm that is part of a respected global network with over 250 offices worldwide. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs buy, sell and grow small to medium-sized businesses across Ireland, offering expert guidance delivered with discretion, professionalism and integrity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as a Buyer Sales Analyst, playing a key role in matching qualified buyers with business opportunities. You will handle inbound enquiries, qualify buyer profiles and support strategic deal flow from first contact through to the offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

* Buyer engagement: Act as the first point of contact for incoming buyer enquiries, responding promptly and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* Vetting and qualification: Assess buyer suitability through financial checks, motivation analysis and structured screening processes.
* Opportunity matching: Use data, industry insight and buyer profiles to align prospects with suitable listings, working closely with brokers and advisers.
* Targeting and segmentation: Develop and maintain targeted buyer lists based on sector, business size and investment criteria.
* CRM management: Keep accurate buyer records, monitor engagement activity and generate regular reports.
* Campaign support: Identify and follow up warm leads as part of listing-specific marketing and buyer outreach campaigns.
* Internal collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to align buyer demand with listing strategies.

Candidate Profile

* Excellent sales and business acumen
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercially astute with exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and enquiries
* Familiar with CRM systems and data-driven workflows
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion
* Background in business development, sales administration or client services – ideally within professional services, financial or brokerage sectors
