* Manage Reservations: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

* Promote Hotel Services: Actively promote hotel packages, upgrades, and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a hotel reservations or front office role within a 100+ bedroom property is essential.
* System Knowledge: Experience using RoomMaster or Guestline systems is highly desirable.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
