Job Title: Operations and Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as an Operations and Administrative Support Coordinator. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, logistics, and client services are maintained across our organization.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration or operations support and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems, Zendesk, and CRM tools is also required.

Duties:
* System & Financial Admin: Manage stock, purchase orders, and invoicing using SAP; assist with reconciliations and finance queries.
* Client Support: Respond to service requests via Zendesk, prepare quotes, coordinate scheduled works, and maintain accurate service records.
* Logistics & Stock: Assist with stock control, warehouse coordination, and engineer travel bookings.
* CRM & Admin Projects: Maintain CRM data, prepare client documentation, and support general business communications.
* Office Admin: Manage supplies, vehicle records, incoming calls, and general admin tasks.
