This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the entire onboarding function, bring fresh ideas, and shape how the process is run.You'll join a supportive HR team but will have full responsibility for onboarding across the business – making this role truly your own.The RoleTake full ownership of the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring new hires have a seamless experience from contract stage to their first day and beyond.Manage reference checks and pre-employment screenings in line with company standards and compliance requirements.Prepare and issue contracts of employment, working closely with HR, Legal, and Recruitment.Act as the main point of contact for onboarding, building strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and recruiters.Continuously review and improve the onboarding process, identifying opportunities to make it more efficient and engaging for new employees.About YouSignificant experience in managing onboarding processes within a professional, fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles (graduates, interns, and professional hires).High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and relationship-building skills.Why Apply?This is a newly created role where you'll have the chance to shape the onboarding function, implement your own ideas, and make a real impact.
