Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
The role of a Quantity Surveyor is pivotal in the successful delivery of construction projects. This position involves working closely with senior project team members to procure subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate quantified work packages, ITTs and budgets from technical documents.
* Analyze and present tender returns.
* P prepare and agree subcontract documents
* Manage commercial aspects of multiple subcontract packages, including order through final account, monthly payments, variation and claims management.
