Senior Store Team Leader
We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to join our team as a Senior Store Team Leader. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with the Store Manager to drive business results.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role that involves providing guidance and support to store teams to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail manager with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Taking full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present
* Leading communication in the store and creating an environment of two-way communication
* Reviewing reports and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
* Cross-training and coaching colleagues to enable them to deliver daily priorities and meet customer needs
* Creating an inspiring and welcoming working environment for customers and colleagues
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Leadership Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
