About This Role
This Junior role provides support to the wider team by completing routine tasks.
You will assist clients and other team members in ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
You will promote the Xeinadin vision and values.
Your duties will include providing support on a wide range of accounting services, including audit engagements, tax returns, and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist more senior colleagues in liaising with clients to gather information and communicate with them on routine matters.
2. Provide assistance on audit engagements.
3. Prepare sole trader, partnership, and Ltd company accounts.
4. Prepare corporation tax returns.
5. Prepare VAT returns.
6. Prepare management accounts.
7. Attend client premises.
8. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
9. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
10. Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
11. Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct, and attitude.
12. Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.
Requirements
This is an entry-level role.
Working towards AAT/ACA/ACCA or IATI is desirable.
