EY’s FSO Business Consulting is experiencing growth and is seeking an experienced senior manager with leadership in complex finance transformation delivery projects, in Ireland or the UK.
Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Client Responsibilities: Manage or support engagements with clients, develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understand EY’s service offerings, support business development, and drive innovation in processes and systems to enhance client performance.
* Practice and People Development Responsibilities: Lead diverse teams, adapt leadership style to client and culture, contribute to market presence, engage in business development, and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience in consulting or large financial services/technology organisations
* Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes (e.g., BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testing)
* Understanding of finance processes, technologies, operating models, and ability to bridge business and IT language
* Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects in a consulting environment
* Strong communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) beneficial
* Minimum 7+ years delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes, with methodologies such as Prince2/PMP/Agile
* Understanding of technology trends in Financial Services
* Experience delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and across jurisdictions
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
