Senior Manager - Financial Services Tax
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager in Financial Services Tax. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax expert to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tax consulting services to a portfolio of financial services clients across various sectors, including asset management, investment funds, private equity, and securitisation. Your expertise will be utilised to research and present detailed technical tax advice to support tax advisory projects, correspond with revenue authorities and clients on tax matters, and work collaboratively with fellow managers, directors, and partners to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
As a Senior Manager, you will also be involved in sustaining and growing client business, proposing and winning new business opportunities, and contributing positively to the overall development of the practice. You will have responsibility for managing a team that will work with you on your client portfolio, and will be given the autonomy to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence
* A strong communicator with demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team
* AITI/ CTA or both AITI/ CTA & ACA qualified
* Strong corporate tax and capital gains tax technical knowledge
* Strong commercial and market awareness
* Experience in one or more of the investment management, leasing, insurance, banking, private equity, and structured finance industries
