Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead discovery, craft compelling proposals and bid responses, inform architectures, and deliver high impact demonstrations across Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), Customer Engagement/CRM (CE), and the Power PlatformResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Solution ShapingFacilitate workshops to uncover business objectives, map current‑state processes, and define target outcomesTranslate findings into solution designs spanning BC, CE/CRM, and Power PlatformBid & Tender ManagementOwn the preparation of Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, and formal bid tendersCoordinate inputs from delivery leads/SMEs to produce accurate SoWs and estimatesDemonstrations & StorytellingDesign, script, and deliver persuasive product demos and proofs of concept that articulate value, differentiation, and ROICollaborationWork closely with the Commercial Director, Sales Executives, Solution Architects, PMs, and Consultants to progress opportunities through each sales‑stage.Market & Competitor InsightMaintain awareness of industry trends and competitor offeringsFeed insights into the organisation's go‑to‑market messaging and differentiation.Enablement & AssetsCurate reusable presales assets (demo scripts, slide decks, case studies etc) and continuously improve internal templates and processes.RequirementsProven experience working on Microsoft Dynamics implementations, ideally across BC and/or CE/CRM, with hands on exposure to end to end project lifecycles.Strong familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integration patterns with Dynamics 365.Demonstrated presales track record: discovery facilitation, proposal creation, bid responses, solution architecture input, and demo delivery.Attainment of the Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Certification is highly desirableExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; confident with both technical and executive stakeholders.Exhibit a high level of commercial acumen understanding value propositions, ROI narratives, commercial schedules)
