Key Responsibilities
* Design mechanical services installations for various sectors, including Educational, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial & Retail
* Create detailed designs, schematics, and calculations ensuring compliance with industry standards
* Conduct site inspections and prepare reports related to mechanical systems
* Collaborate with project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Level 7 Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience in mechanical engineering design in a design office
* Ability to lead and deliver projects in accordance with Building Regulations and Design Standards
* Proficient knowledge of current Design Guides, Building Regulations, and EN Standards
