We are seeking a Supply Chain Brand Manager to join our diverse team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will coordinate aspects of brand operations, contributing to strategic plans and compliance, and supporting senior level roles.
They will work cross-functionally to gain alignment on brand strategies that cover supply and demand, assurance of supply, long-range planning, and life cycle management for a brand within our global portfolio.
The Supply Chain Brand Manager will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain Brand, and have a global view and be the link between Operations and Commercial teams to ensure the smooth supply of innovative medicines.

Responsibilities:
* Drive brand program projects and lead negotiations
* Create brand plans and manage lifecycle transitions impacting finances
* Work closely with the Commercial team to align brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and market adaptation
* Create viable brand plans and financial plans, aligning them with strategic imperatives, contributing to Long Range Plan (LRP) and detailed budget planning
* Manage lifecycle transitions that can have a significant impact on Brands sales
* Create change plans and supply chain assessments in executing lifecycle programs
* Engage with the Pipeline team to coordinate brand implications of new drug introductions, integrating insights into brand strategies and operational plans
* Works closely with Clinical Drug Supply Management to align brand strategies with clinical operational needs, ensuring readiness and resource availability
* Coordinates with PPDST and Asset Strategy Teams to leverage data insights and align brand strategies with asset developments
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product management in Life Science; MBA or higher education desirable
* 5-7 years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management ideally gained in a complex matrixed environment
* Pharmaceutical industry experience a distinct advantage
* Project management and strategic execution with financial responsibilities and cross-departmental collaboration, including pipeline supply management is essential
* Proven experience leading, motivating and influencing teams and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders/partners
