 
        Asset & Property Services ManagerDublin 1€60-70k + PensionAbout the CompanyRequired for housing organisation based in Dublin 1.ResponsibilitiesManaging and leading the Property & Asset Function of the organisation, with line management responsibility for the Building & Facilities Officer and any future posts that may be introduced as the organisation grows.Overseeing the implementation of Asset Management Strategy.Appointing and overseeing contractors in the provision of responsive repairs service, cyclical and planned maintenance, with responsibility for the effective day-to-day management and delivery of asset management for all assets which include housing, communal and landlord spaces.Providing a high-level oversight to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the Senior Management Team on matters relating to asset management.This is particularly important in the areas of statutory and regulatory compliance and also in regard to financial planning & reporting.Required SkillsMinimum of 5 years' experience in asset management including; asset inspections, reactive and cyclical maintenance, planned maintenance (stock condition surveys) and major works projects.3-years' in Management role in a facilities and asset management role.Experience of working in the Approved Housing Bodies/Social Housing Sector/OMCKnowledge and experience of procurement practices and regulationsDemonstratable knowledge and experience of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk AssessmentExperience in delivering and managing key facilities and asset related strategies and policies, such as Asset Management Strategy, Planned Maintained Plans, Energy Master Plans etc.People and Stakeholder Skills / Knowledge Experience of building and managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Y Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentationalFull valid driving licence and access to car Y Experience of a CRM (Housing Management) software or similarQualificationsA degree or equivalent qualification in building surveying, construction, engineering, PRSA or a relevant disciplinePay range and compensation package€60-70k + Package, PensionClick apply or send CV to for more info or call to discuss.
