Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospitality Services Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising a friendly and efficient service to our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and presentation in all areas of the hotel.
* Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar, control costs, and ensure cleanliness of back-of-house areas.
* Develop strategies to increase sales revenue, upsell, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Promote good team relations, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional results.
* Evaluate and improve processes as assigned by management to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and supervise a small team.
* Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work varying shift patterns.
* Previous experience in a 3/4-star hotel property or high-volume environment is desired.
* A strong focus on people skills, customer satisfaction, and enthusiasm is essential.
