Executive Recruiter – HRM Search Partners
HRM are partnering with a high‑performing trading and technology firm at a time of exciting growth. This newly created role offers significant visibility, senior stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to influence senior hiring within a collaborative, innovative, and growing organisation.
You will play a key role in shaping hiring strategy, optimising recruitment processes, and enhancing the employer brand. The Executive Recruiter must be passionate about recruiting in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments and excel at building strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver recruitment strategies for experienced and specialist roles.
* Proactively source senior talent through market mapping, networking, and social media.
* Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to align recruitment with business needs.
* Manage agency relationships while driving more direct hiring.
* Contribute to the firm’s talent brand through targeted content and employer branding initiatives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
Experience
* 7+ years’ recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
* Proven success recruiting for hard‑to‑fill finance or front‑office technology roles within Financial Services, investment banking, or hedge fund settings.
* Ability to engage with highly selective candidate pools.
* Strong track record managing full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and agency collaboration.
* Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Creative problem‑solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Third‑level degree in a relevant field.
