Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications. Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and propose solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities. Manage both small changes and larger projects within Dynamics 365. Handle support and sustain activities, including responding to queries and tickets. Perform L1 analysis of issues and determine when to escalate. Work on Sales and Service modules of Dynamics 365. Provide technical insights and collaborate with developers for solution design. Manage Remedy processes and team mailbox for incoming queries. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Service modules). Ability to work in a small, collaborative team environment. Hands-on experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation. Technical understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and configurations. Familiarity with support processes, ticketing systems, and escalation protocols. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Remedy or similar ITSM tools is a plus.
