Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of service desk operations, including receipt and processing of customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service desk performance and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical operations or service desk environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in project management, coordination, and execution.
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in CAFM systems and scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
* PMP certification or equivalent.
* Experience working in a facilities management or technical services environment.
