Design Leadership Role
Ambitious engineers with strong electrical design backgrounds are required to lead our teams on significant projects. As Design Leadership Manager, you'll oversee mechanical and electrical design activities on major power transmission, data centre, pharma facilities, and hyperscale projects across multiple regions.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of complex design and engineering projects - power, cooling, telecoms, controls.
* Manage cross-functional teams across diverse regions, cultures, time zones, and approaches.
* Drive innovation in how we approach design and ensure continuous improvement.
This leadership position requires confidence in interacting with clients, ability to recruit, coach, and develop engineers, as well as a willingness to challenge your team when necessary.
