Freelance Planner – Modular Data Centre Project (Carlow / Dublin)
We are currently seeking an experienced
Freelance Planner
to support the delivery of a
large-scale Modular Data Centre project
based across
Carlow and Dublin
.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a fast-paced, technically complex project with a well-established delivery team.
Role Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes using
Primavera P6
(or equivalent)
* Integrate modular off-site manufacturing schedules with on-site construction activities
* Track progress, analyse delays, and provide accurate reporting to the project team
* Support look-ahead planning, short-term programmes, and progress updates
* Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Identify risks to programme and propose mitigation measures
Requirements
* Proven experience as a
Planner
on large construction or M&E projects
* Previous experience on
Data Centre
,
Pharma
, or
Modular Construction
projects is highly desirable
* Strong working knowledge of
Primavera P6
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple interfaces
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Right to work in Ireland
