Job Title: Clerical Officer Grade IV

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the smooth operation of our organization. These include service arrangement contracts, quarterly KPI returns, financial tracking, invoicing, and office health and safety documents. You will also be required to minute meetings when necessary and perform general office duties such as answering phones, dealing with queries, filing, and scanning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service Arrangement Contracts: sending templates out, collating draft documents, checking for errors, reconciling financial figures, getting governance policies and procedures, liaising with agencies, arranging and minuting SA meetings, updating schedules etc.
- Quarterly KPI Returns: setting deadlines, cross-checking information, collating returns etc.
- Financial Tracking: PA and IHHS budgets including quarterly service movement letters, creation and updating of leader schedules and dealing with financial queries.
- Invoices: mainly residential but covering PA and Home Support when required.
- Office Health and Safety Documents.
- Minuting Meetings When Required.
- General Office Duties: answering phones, dealing with queries, filing, scanning etc.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently. You should also have experience in data entry, customer service, and administration. A strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
