Part-time Kitchen Assistant required for cleaning duties in a deli kitchen.
Daybreak at The Gandon Inn is a busy convenience store and deli.
We are looking for a part-time kitchen assistant to join our team.
This is an afternoon job, 3 hours per day, 4pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday
Reporting to the Deli Manager, the Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for cleaning the entire deli kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day.
This will include cleaning of all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, storage dishes etc, together with kitchen machinery, ovens and floors.
It will also include cleaning walls, fridges, shelving etc in the kitchen, storerooms and food preparation areas.
