Job Title: Senior Social Care Worker
This role is a key part of our organization, providing care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting persons with a disability in residential, training, and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning.
This position requires collaboration as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in delivering high-quality services to residents.
The individual will report directly to the Person In-Charge and may be required to deputize for them in their absence.
The Requirements::About You:You hold a qualification at Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in areas such as social care, social work, youth work, teaching or nursing. You have at least two years' experience working with people who have an intellectual disability.,
