What We’re Looking For
Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering AI initiatives into production environments and thrives on solving complex technical challenges within collaborative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered capabilities across enterprise software platforms.
Lead significant technical initiatives from architecture and design through to production release.
Build intelligent systems leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, and advanced AI to solve business problems.
Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate solutions for complex business challenges.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Promote engineering best practices across coding standards, testing, documentation, and software quality.
Mentor and support junior and mid‑level engineers within the team.
Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing materials.
Take ownership of key platform components and drive ongoing enhancements.
Leverage emerging AI technologies to improve development efficiency and accelerate innovation.
Qualifications
Approximately 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Proven involvement in building and deploying production‑grade AI systems from concept through implementation.
Hands‑on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of scalable cloud‑native architecture.
Experience with containerization, microservices, and modern development tooling.
Exposure to technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, REST APIs, and Agile delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership within engineering teams.
Experience with AI projects built from the ground up.
Backend development experience using C#, .NET, and/or Python.
Knowledge of databases and API development.
Exposure to frontend technologies such as React and JavaScript.
Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
Commercial experience with AI agent frameworks and multi‑agent systems.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
Experience within highly regulated or enterprise‑scale environments.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and user‑facing applications.
Previous experience acting as a technical lead or subject‑matter expert within an engineering team.
