What You Will Do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Promote and advise on our range of products and services, ensuring customers receive expert guidance.
* Maintain an attractive, clean, and organised store environment that aligns with company policies and standards.
* Lead and support the sales team, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration to drive performance.
* Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and optimise store operations.
* Ensure full product availability, minimise inventory discrepancies, and uphold high inventory standards.
* Assist with back-office tasks, adhere to POS guidelines, and implement merchandising plans effectively.
* Promote professional and personal development in consultation with the Store Manager.
* Train staff members within designated timeframes to ensure competency and confidence in their roles.
* Uphold responsible pet ownership values, ensuring sales align with ethical pet care principles.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and organisational regulations, ensuring a safe shopping and working environment.
What You Will Bring:
* Previous supervisory experience in a Petshop is essential.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
* Enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement.
