The Chef de Partie supports the efficient operation of the kitchen department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and ownership. This role is responsible for supervising a designated station or section within the outlet kitchen, ensuring the preparation of consistent, high-quality dishes. The Chef de Partie delivers courteous, professional, and flexible service that reflects the outlet’s concept and upholds Hyatt’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen experience, including at least 1 year as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef.
* Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery.
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating presentation.
* Solid understanding of food safety standards and HACCP regulations.
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
* Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
