In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for our retail team, helping with everything from financial reporting and Gift Aid administration to volunteer records, stock coordination, and seasonal campaigns. What you'll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for retail enquiries. Assisting with sales figures, banking information, and invoices. Supporting volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and communication. Preparing resources such as newsletters, posters, and rotas. Providing day-to-day office and operational support.
