We´re on the search for a motivated, ambitious and creative Senior Business Development Manager in Ireland ready to join our Growth Team based in Skerries and in the UK.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Your primary focus will be on help create & prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
Research & build new and existing accounts, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients building a portfolio across all cities in the UK and get knowledge of Alkimii across the hospitality sector.

What will you be doing?
A day in the life of a Senior Business Development Manager is an exciting one. You'll be:
* Gaining full understanding of Alkimii and how it increases efficiency for our customers
* Active prospecting to build your own pipeline. Contacting potential customers through LinkedIn, Perlon AI, cold calls and email campaigns in collaboration with our Marketing Department
* Arrange discovery calls with potential customers to better understand their business and if there is a business fit
* Maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals
* Identifying their needs through effective consultation and suggesting appropriate products
* Conducting demos with potential customers
* Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
* Providing reports and presentations to the senior team on your activity and results
* Working towards and achieving agreed targets on a monthly basis
* Reaching out to existing customers to upsell additional applications and new features
* Maintaining a sales pipeline through effective use of HubSpot
* Keeping HubSpot up to date with existing and new customer information
* Preparing quotes for customers once demos have been completed and setting up direct debits
* Uncovering new business prospects and driving growth on an ever-expanding scale-up with your ideas and business development experience
As part of the Growth Team you will work to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving our business goals.

We expect you to have:
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Nice to have:
* Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
* Experience working with a CRM, preferably HubSpot
* Experience in SaaS and hospitality
* Experience in the UK Market
