Title: Chef de Partie
Location: South Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Client / Employer: Occupop (through Bitrecruit)
Responsibilities
Prepare and present all food for designated areas.
Maintain high standards of cookery as set by the Talbot Collection.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating a positive, balanced working environment.
Assist with menu review and costing.
Order food supplies in the absence or direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Demonstrate excellent personal hygiene.
Help achieve optimal gross‑profit levels and control wastage.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and enforce all subordinate work methods.
Carry out all HACCP controls and complete related paperwork.
Assist with training plans, records, upskilling, and training of the kitchen team.
Control food storage and assist in stock control.
Follow all HR policies and procedures.
Manage staff on duty to ensure compliance with company procedures and kitchen goals.
Qualifications
Friendly, professional work attitude.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Availability for variable shifts, including weekends.\l
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Previous experience not required; full training provided.
