The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) is the national organisation representing the hotel and guesthouse industry in Ireland, with over 900 members nationwide. One of our key initiatives is the Irelandhotels.com Go Anywhere Gift Card, a popular gift card that can be redeemed at over 400 hotels across Ireland.
We are currently seeking a temporary Administrative & Customer Support Assistant to join our team during a particularly busy period. This role will primarily involve providing customer and hotel support, assisting with gift card administration, and supporting the Marketing Manager with day-to-day operations and corporate sales activity.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to contribute to a busy and dynamic team. The successful candidate will work onsite at our Dublin office, providing administrative and customer service support focused entirely on the Irelandhotels.com Go Anywhere Gift Card and member hotel listings.
While this position is primarily office-based, light remote support duties will be required over the Christmas holiday period, mainly to assist with customer queries relating to the Go Anywhere Gift Card.
