Working on your own as well as part of a team to manage the daily office tasks as set out by your line manager and the office supervisor.You'll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for all Toolbank Ireland customers and Sales Representatives to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience by understanding and responding effectively to customer needs.Make outbound calls to pre-assigned customers to promote current promotions and special offers, supporting sales growth and customerAccurately process incoming sales orders from multiple channels, entering orders into the ERP system to ensure a smooth and efficient order journey forPrepare and issue quotations, sales literature, and price lists as required, to provide customers with up-to-date pricing, promotions, and stock Qualifications/Experience/Business Skills/BehavioursPrevious experience of ERP Business Central (Desirable)Previous experience in the Hardware & Building trade is an (Desirable, but not essential)Good telephone manner with excellent communication (Essential)Excellent customer service (Essential)Experience with all Microsoft Office programs (Essential)Strong attention to detail.What can we offer you?A competitive annual salaryMonday to Thurs 8.30am-5:00pm & 8.30am to 4pm on Fri24 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany Pension Scheme with employer contribution at 5%Life Assurance (6x salary for pension scheme members)Enhanced Maternity & Paternity PayAccess to free & confidential 24/7 Employee Assistance ProgrammeFree access to health and wellbeing appAccess to tools and hardware at a discounted rate
