Shape the future of sound with Sennheiser.Electronic Hardware EngineerAs an Electronic Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing Sonova's engineering capabilities through the introduction of new technologies and world-class practices. You will represent the engineering department's requirements across all electronic hardware matters, while ensuring that our goals, targets, and objectives are consistently achieved through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly contribute to the development of high-quality electro-acoustic products that enhance lives around the world.More about the role:Support the manufacturing operation through new technology introduction, training, process optimization, and cost-saving initiativesProvide specialist electronic and problem-solving support for production, including amplifier testing, UCT issues, and other hardware componentsDesign, develop, and refine test equipment and processes, defining user requirements and translating them into technical specificationsSource or manufacture test equipment and infrastructure as requiredDevelop electronic hardware modules using CAD tools and maintain all associated documentation and technical reportsManage the implementation of test platform upgrades and support CE certification processesTrain colleagues on test and acoustic equipment and maintain spare part inventoriesEnsure equipment performance meets operational efficiency targets and uphold safety and 5S standardsTroubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective engineering solutionsSupport commissioning, validation, and knowledge transfer activities within the production environmentMore about you:Degree in Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of full-time industrial experience in the development and manufacture of electronic test equipmentExperience using PCB design software (e.g., Eagle) from design to integrationKnowledge of EMC-sensitive design and CE marking requirementsSkilled in CAD tools and familiar with fabrication techniques such as cutting, drilling, and millingExperience with documentation control and calibration of measurement equipment is desirableStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesMethodical, detail-oriented, and highly organizedAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteFluent in EnglishMore about what we offerAs one of the world's leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we're committed to building an inclusive culture.At Sonova Consumer Hearing, you'll be part of the Sennheiser brand legacy — working with passionate experts dedicated to sound innovation and craftsmanship.We offer continuous learning opportunities and a supportive environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.
