The Job Overview
As a key part of the shipping operations team, you will be responsible for various administration and operations activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as primary point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors
* Coordinate movements of equipment to and from site
* Manage stock/inventory and warehouse reporting
* Update weighbridge documentation
* Maintain accurate import and export filings
Requirements
* 3rd level qualified ideal
* 2-3+ years experience gained in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics operations or similar role
* Full and clean driving license
* Ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams
* Strong IT skills
