Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and proactively generate new leads and sales.

* Learn and utilize design software (such as CAD) to create detailed and accurate kitchen plans.
* Provide outstanding customer support throughout every stage of the design journey, from the initial consultation to the final installation.
* Work towards and achieve sales targets set for the kitchen design business.
* Collaborate with other store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
* A background in interior sales, interior design, or a customer-facing role within the interiors industry is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with clients.
* Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform ideas into designs.
